Description:
The hot-pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of molten resin at low temperature, so that the film is laminated to the paper product by heat and pressure. A variety of surface treatments can add value to the printed surface. Matte BOPP hot press film provides a matte finish on print surfaces, preventing fingerprints and smudges. Matte film can be stored for a longer time compared to glossy hot pressed film.
With its good performance characteristics and low price, BOPP hot press film is ideal for all kinds of printed and non-printed paper and paperboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc.
Applications:
Applications of BOPP thermal laminating films
* Cell Phone Packaging
* Textbook covers
* Brochures
* Leaflets
* Sweet boxes
* Cosmetics
* Photo albums
* Shopping bags
* Inner wrap
* Diaries
Why chooses NEI BOPP thermal lamination film?
1. Environmentally friendly: non-toxic, odorless or benzene free due to the use of non-solvent-based adhesives. It does not emit toxic gases or volatile substances during the lamination process and is harmless to human health. In addition, it is easier to recycle than water-based laminated film because the film and paper can be easily separated.
2. Safe operation: The use of non-solvent-based adhesives
eliminates fire hazards caused by the use and storage of flammable
solvents.
3. Excellent performance: Compared with wet coating, hot coating
improves the color saturation and brightness of the print. It has
strong powder absorption ability and adhesion. In addition, it can
effectively prevent foaming or separating from the print during the
laminating process. Due to its strong bonding ability and surface
tension, it can be used in the following processes, including spot
UV, hot stamping, die cutting, indentation and other processes.
4. Easy handling: Once the required temperature and pressure is
met, lamination can be easily operated. No other special technique
is required.
5. High efficiency: no waste film, no mixing adhesive solvent, no
need for UV heating lamp (drying system), greatly reducing
production costs and labor costs. Therefore, it also saves
production space.
6. Wide adaptability: Widely used in different types of SMT
machines, including wet and dry SMT machines. If a wet laminator is
used, only minor adjustments to the machine are required.
Why chooses NEI?
1. NEI has professional experience in film industry since 1995, so we have good quality control and after-sales service to support you.
2. 10 years of export experience to many countries, including South America, North America, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Oceania, etc., so we have a good reputation in these regions.
3. Compared with other thermal lamination film, our EVA glue is 100% imported from Korea and it ensures the adhesiveness of our film.
4. Customize size and thickness according to customer requests. Labels can be customized as well.
5. Rapid production and delivery.
6. A wide range of thermal lamination film and special films.
Special Instruction:
1. NEI smooth BOPP hot pressing film is recommended to adopt the composite process of roll temperature 85 ~ 110℃ and roll pressure 10 ~ 20 Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.
2.It is recommended that printed surfaces dry sufficiently before laminating and that one surface be sufficiently cooled before laminating onto other surfaces.
