    Description:


    The surface of the thermolaminated film is coated with low-temperature molten resin extrusion, and the film can be laminated to the paper product by heat and pressure. A variety of surface treatments can add value to printed surfaces.


    The glossy BOPP thermolaminated film provides a glossy colored finish. Its use can enhance the appearance and increase the service life of all laminated prints. Matte BOPP thermolaminate film provides a matte finish on print surfaces, preventing fingerprints and smudges. Matte films can be stored for a longer period of time than glossy thermolaminated films.


    The 25 micron BOPP thermal composite film (the so-called thermal composite film, dry composite film) is widely used in the composite of various printed and unprinted papers and paperboards, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, etc. It is commonly used in European countries, as well as some places where product packaging requires higher adhesion and brightness.

    Special Instruction:


    1. The recommended laminating roll temperature range for NE-BOPP thermolaminated films is 85 to 110°C and roll pressure is 10 to 20Mpa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator chosen.


    2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
