The product is especially suitable for the lamination of digital printing materials, especially for digital printing with thicker ink and more silicone oil. It can also fit well on the surface of PVC film, advertising inkjet film and so on.

Special Instruction:

• NEI super-muscous film is recommended to be laminated, roll temperature range 85 ~ 110°C, roll press 10 ~ 20MPa. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the laminator selected.
• It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.

Application manually:

1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2. When using the film for the first time or changing to other sizes,we recommend a small trial volume before going into fully mass lamination.
3. The following situation will affect the quality of the film during lamination.
4. When using metal ink.
5. When the ink contains too much wax,dried oil,adhesive,and silicon additive.etc.
6. When the ink is too thick.

7. When the ink is not completely dry.

8. When the paper contains too much moisture.

9. When there is too much powder.
